I took this photo because it struck my interest and I pictured it would turn out well. When I took this photo I was taking pictures of my nieces and nephews playing football in the yard on Mother's Day. I was pretty lucky to have taken this photo the day I did because the lighting was just perfect and it rained the rest of that weekend. In photoshop, I cropped down to pull in more of the center of interest. In this photo it looks like I burned a lot of the background, but I only slightly burned to even the darkness out. I really like this photo it really brought out the rich orange color of the flower.
