I took this picture at a Pow Wow in Celilo, it’s a little longhouse on the side of the Columbia River. It was kind of dark in there but there was just enough light to get the picture. In photoshop I just cropped it down a little bit. Then I used the lasso tool to lasso around him, so I could use the blur tool to make it blurry around him.
